We specialize in helping people buy or sell their homes. Buying or selling a house is one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll ever make. With our experience and passion for real estate, we will guide you through the entire process and make it as easy and smooth as possible.

“Home ownership is a gift you give to yourself”. Managing Broker Leah Mark had a vision in 2014 to create a company that truly believes in that. Red Bow started out as an investment company, then in 2018 she transitioned it into a full service real estate brokerage.

Since 2018 we have grown to 10 agents. We believe that a smaller agency can give you individualized attention. We choose quality over quantity. Not trying to sell as many houses as possible, but giving each client one-on-one focus and attention to help them accomplish their real estate goals! We work as a team to make sure every need is met. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with satisfied clients, because that is where our passion is!

Our company was born and raised in Michiana with the intention of truly serving our community and helping our neighbors navigate the real estate process.

    Leah MarkManaging BrokerAfter growing up in Mishawaka and graduating from Indiana University Bloomington, I returned home in 2009 and began a sales career in the RV industry. Being surrounded by so many entrepreneurs and selling to so many family owned businesses ignited my passion to create my own company. Starting and building Red Bow Investments has been a life dream and passion. I have over 18 years of experience in the service industry, so I am no stranger to hard work and long hours. In October of 2014, I earned my Real Estate Broker’s license so that I may assist in selling our Red Bow homes. Due to the wonderful success on the brokerage side, I opened Red Bow Realty January 1st, 2018, to help buyers and sellers through real estate transactions, while making the process as easy and as much fun as possible! Exceeding customer expectations has been ingrained in who I am. Being able to connect on a personal level with sellers and buyers while improving communities is an extremely rewarding experience and a true joy.     Although I was not born and raised in this area, I bring with me 20+ years of various types of real estate experience. When settling into this area several years ago, it was important to me to choose a company that shared my strong ethics and commitment to the most important part of my business: my clients. Red Bow Realty made this an easy choice.

    I seek a smooth transition for both my home buyers and sellers from beginning to end.  The relationships I have cultivated through these transactions remind me why I have chosen this path.
